I came in about 8:40pm when one of your employees told me the store was closed and I know because I shop here frequently that you all do not close until 9:00pm.

So what if they close at 9?? You came in 20 minutes prior expecting them to be able to go through your clothing.

Do you not realize they also have to prepare to close the store in those last 20 minutes?? Like clean up, fold clothing & clothes the tills among other things. Why not just drop your clothing off & pick it up the next day??? People like you with an entitled attitude should stop & think that there are actual "procedures" to closing an establishment.

Other than just closing the doors & putting up a closed sign. SMH!
